The Fine City Chorus nominated charity this year is NARS: the Norfolk Accident Rescue Service.
The charity provides vehicles and medical equipment for its volunteer clinicians to save lives across the county, working with the emergency services. NARS doctors, nurses, paramedics and first responders attend more than 1,500 incidents a year, from falls and cardiac arrests to serious traffic accidents. We’ll be raising money this year to help their vital work.
Our Treasurer Kim Mayfield and Chair Bob Ledwidge have visited the NARS HQ in Dereham to see how the money is spent.
